The Adjuster Isn't Your Friend. The Policy Is.
Here's what nobody tells you when you file a claim: the person the insurance company sends out is paid by the insurance company. Nice as they may be, their job is to close your file for as little as possible, as fast as possible. And they do it hundreds of times a year. You'll do it once, maybe twice, in your life.
That's the whole game. It's not that your damage isn't real. It's that they know the process and you don't.
I've spent ten-plus years and over a thousand claims on the other side of that table. When a client hires my firm, they give up a percentage of their settlement — thousands of dollars on a typical roof — for me to run a playbook. A repeatable one. Letters, requests, timing, what to say on the phone and what never to say.
So I did something my competitors think is crazy: I recorded the playbook. Every move, in the order a real claim happens, so you can run it yourself — and know exactly when you shouldn't.
